One of the most significant decisions you will make for your wedding day will be who your photographer is. Your photographer is someone who is going to capture your wedding day the way you see it through your eyes. Your photographer is someone who will be by your side pretty much the entire day.

After booking your photographer, they will ask you a few questions. One of the main questions will be, do you want a second shooter at your wedding? A second shooter is a second wedding photographer who works directly with the photographer you hired for your wedding. The second shooter will be provided by the photographer you hired as an additional charge. There are many pros for you to consider when requesting a second shooter.

• A second shooter ensures that we can have pictures being taken simultaneously throughout the day. (For example, I can be shooting the bridal party while my second shooter can be shooting the groom and his party) When we are able to shoot at the same time this will help the timeline move along.
