Jenn and I clicked almost immediately. We only had a short phone call before she knew she wanted to work with me, and I think we’ve texted and called at least every week since! I have LOVED getting to know her and her sweet Marouane over the last year–especially since their story is so special!!

Jennifer and Marouane met in France and were over 5000 miles apart for over FOUR YEARS before they were able to be in the same country for more than a couple of weeks at a time. For years they would fly, train, metro, and bus their way to each other while Jenn lived in the US and Marouane lived in France. I can barely think about being in a long-distance relationship for more than a few months at a time, let alone a few YEARS. Talk about dedication! Thankfully, Marouane received his Visa just earlier this year, and Jenn and Marouane are celebrating with marriage after two years of being engaged and long distance! They had a small courthouse ceremony with immediate family earlier this year, and are having a beautiful wedding and reception at her family residence in Great Falls, VA with all the beautiful French-inspired details. I CAN’T WAIT to photograph it in just a couple of weeks!!!
