If I could go to the beach and shoot every day, I would! When Jennie & Vincent contacted me about doing their engagement session on the water, it was an immediate YES!

Golden hour at the beach is the best time to shoot for many reasons, the light isn’t harsh, there aren’t as many people around in the evening, and the sunset is always gorgeous. When the sun sets over the water, it bounces off and reflects on you and your partner, showcasing the perfect photo. No worries, though; if clouds cover the sun, I promise you that you will still have the perfect picture.

For Jennie and Vincent’s engagement session, we headed down to the beach at sunset, we had some clear sky and some clouded sky, but we had the best time. Jennie wore a beautiful white sundress that complimented the sand; she also had a straw sun hat that matched perfectly with the dress. We spent a few hours together with our toes in the sand, laughing and having the best time. I can’t wait for their upcoming wedding!
